Hosts prove they own the property they're listing. Every listing is cross-referenced against county assessor records. A higher-trust step most storage marketplaces skip.

No commercial storage facilities

Private property owners only. Storage facilities are technically blocked in onboarding — not just policy. Your neighbor, not a warehouse.

Photo documentation at every step

Move-in and move-out photos required from both parties before access is confirmed or deposit released. Timestamped and stored with the booking record.

Deposit held until move-out confirmed

Security deposit held until move-out is confirmed by both parties. Released only after digital confirmation that the space is cleared — not when the renter says they've left.
